At Karolka Show Store, we partner with Printify and their global print providers to produce and deliver your orders. Below is our shipping policy.
1. Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Processing usually takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the production partner. Typical timeframes:

United States: 5–10 business days

Europe (EU/UK): 7–15 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type, shipping location, and provider.

Multiple items may ship separately from different Printify partners (you will not be charged extra beyond what is shown at checkout).
4. Tracking

Most orders include tracking, which will be emailed once available.

Some products shipped internationally may not include full tracking updates.
5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs, natural disasters, or postal disruptions.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Wrong Address Policy

If you provide an incorrect address and the order is returned, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
